No signal on SELECT SERIES MRT - WKB284013

SYMPTOMS

• SELECT SERIES MRT

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Put MRT into pump override.
2. Close Quartz tune page and MassLynx.
3. Switch off the Electronics breaker only, please do not power off the AUX (New advice from the Advanced MS Team SEP2026).
4. Reboot the PC.
5. Then turn on the Electronics breaker.
6. Wait five minutes for the MRT to boot.
7. Open MassLynx and Quartz.
8. Confirm vacuum gauges are active before taking out of pump override.
