SYMPTOMS

• Incorrect m/z values referenced in Waters qualification document 715005179 Rev B
• Pages 10 and 14 of qualification document 715005179 Rev B reference m/z values of 59.1, 455.3,1080.8, and 2034.6, which are incorrect for the Xevo TQ-XS setup solution

CAUSE

Qualification workbook maintenance procedures are no longer updated per service alert 715008484.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Service Alert Document 715008484 indicates to use the applicable PM protocols in place of the Qualification Workbook Maintenance Procedures (MP).
2. The latest PM Protocol revision of 715005520 should be used, and the correct m/z values 95, 455.3, 1121.9, and 2017.6 should be used.
