Lockmass Fluidics Check error on the BioAccord system - WKB244202

SYMPTOMS

• After running out of lockmass solution during an analysis, bottle was replaced
• System gives Lockmass Fluidics Check health status

• Selecting the Re-check feature results in the same failed status

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect 2.1.2
• BioAccord System

CAUSE

Incorrectly made lockmass solution; no lockmass concentrate added to the diluent bottle

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Correctly make lockmass solution of part 186009298 by adding the concentrate to the diluent bottle.
2. Install newly made solution on the ACQUITY RDa Detector.
3. On the Instrument Summary page, select the bar for "Click here to re-check system" for the test to rerun.
