"Nitrogen Gas Failure" error appears in MassLynx and "Reset Nitrogen Failure" is dimmed/unavailable on the MS Tune page - WKB242392

SYMPTOMS

• After an N₂ failure, the N₂ is restored
• The "Nitrogen Gas Failure" error still shows, but "Reset Nitrogen Failure" is grayed out on the tune page

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro
• SQ Detector 2
• Xevo TQ MS

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the MS Console.
2. Click on the MS.
3. Under Control, reset the MS (for example, "Reset Xevo TQD").

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If doing a Control > Reset MS  in the MS console does not resolve the issue, resetting the electronics may be required.
