No signal seen on Xevo TQD - WKB20952

SYMPTOMS

• Capillary Voltage readback is 0 V when in Operate mode
• All other readbacks are okay
• Spray from capillary is okay
• Isolation valve is open

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

Set a new capillary voltage (different than what is in use), and then set it back to the original value while in Operate mode.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The capillary voltage on Xevo TQD sometimes hangs. Changing the request value resends a request to the PSU.
