Stop flow input activated with SQ Detector 2 - WKB209551

SYMPTOMS

• When in Operate, the green LED shows Operate status is off
• Stop flow signal sent when the gases are all on
• No other errors observed
• Stop flow cable appares to be connected securely on green terminal block connectors at both ends (BSM and MS)
• Disconnect Stop Flow cable from back of BMS, flow will start as expected (temporary fix)
• Reconnect Stop Flow cable to the back of BSM, flow immediately stops, Stop Flow Input message appears.

CAUSE

Error on EPC

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close down MassLynx.
2. Restart EPC, either via telnet or by pressing the reset button next to the power button on the front of the instrument.
3. Wait until the EPC fully reboots (wait five minutes or until you hear the EPC chime).
4. Confirm that the Operate LED is lit after you put the instrument into Operate.
