Pump down fails on the SYNAPT G2-S - WKB19778

SYMPTOMS

• Does not pump down
• Turbo timeout

ENVIRONMENT

• SYNAPT G2-S

CAUSE

Air supply to the pump control box is turned off. The supply should be regulated at between 2.8 and 4.2 bar (40 and 60 psi).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Restore the air supply and pump down.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The air is supplied to pneumatic valves in the backing lines. The turbos cannot spin up if the backing pump is not pulling on the outlet.
