The LED in the source enclosure does not light - WKB18945

SYMPTOMS

• LED within the source does not come on

ENVIRONMENT

• SYNAPT G2-S

CAUSE

Poor connection of the gold pins on the back of the source enclosure to the main chassis

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close the source door.
2. Bang on the bottom of the source door in the area where the pins are located. (This allows slight movement of the gold pins further into their designated holes on the MS.)
