Little or no API gas flow on Quattro LC - WKB17404

SYMPTOMS

• Nebulizer gas flow is lower than expected or shows no flow at all
• API gas is switched on

CAUSE

The nitrogen tank has run out or the generator is turned off.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Install a new dewar of nitrogen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Legacy instruments had no nitrogen pressure sensors installed, so there is no alarm when N₂ gas pressure starts to drop.
