CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Browse to C:\MassLynx\Intellistart.pro\Resolution_[DATE].html (where DATE is the date the resolution was run).
- Double-click to open the report.
- Print the report.
Note: Ensure that Keep HTML is selected in the IntelliStart screen.
