  • An actual printer (not a PDF printer) is properly configured in MassLynx

ENVIRONMENT

  • Xevo TQD
  • IntelliStart

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Browse to C:\MassLynx\Intellistart.pro\Resolution_[DATE].html (where DATE is the date the resolution was run).
  2. Double-click to open the report.
  3. Print the report.

Note: Ensure that Keep HTML is selected in the IntelliStart screen.
