Change to APCI from ESI on a Xevo MS detector.
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- Xevo TQ MS
- Xevo G2-XS QTof
PROCEDURE
- Replace the ESI probe with an APCI probe, as shown in the customer familiarization guide.
- Install a corona pin in the pumping block.
- The instrument will recognize that an APCI probe is installed.
