Crosstalk due to altered collision cell settings (Xevo G2-XS) - WKB13976

SYMPTOMS

• Crosstalk observed in data, crosstalk test fails.
• LeuEnk spikes into the MSMS sample data when baffle switches, ions are not fully clearing
  
• The amount of crosstalk improves with slower scan speeds

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Collision cell settings were altered, specifically cell gradient and offset C.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Change collision cell settings back to default values. These settings should not be modified by users. Please check the tech refs for the particular colission cell defaults.
   • Contact Waters phone support or local field service for assistance.
