QDa error: Beam Check Intensity Too Low - WKB13653

SYMPTOMS
- QDa gives "Beam Check Intensity Low" error
- Resolve button does not fix
- "Stop Flow Activated" console message for both QDa and pump
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
CAUSE
Resolve button does not run through full initialization diagnostics due to "Stop Flow" signal, causing error loop between the pump and the QDa.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Leave the QDa in Operate mode for 1-2 hours.
- Unplug the Stop Flow connector on the back of the QDa.
- Perform a soft reboot from Console [File > Reset QDa] to run through all initialization diagnostics and complete startup.
- Re-plug the Stop Flow connector.
