- Xevo G2-S QTof crash vented shortly after sample cone cleaned
- Sample con is not sitting correctly in the ion block
- gap between sample cone holder and ion block is larger than normal

- Xevo G2-S QTof
CAUSE
Wrong oring used on back of sample cone.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Fit correct o ring
