SYMPTOMS
- Xevo G2-S QTof crash vents shortly after the sample cone is cleaned
- Sample cone is not sitting correctly in the ion block
- The gap between the sample cone holder and the ion block is larger than normal
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo G2-S QTof
CAUSE
The wrong O-ring is used on the back of the sample cone.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Fit the correct O-ring.
