SYMPTOMS
- System vents after sample cone is cleaned and turbos do not reach speed when trying to pump down
- Closing isolation valve before pumping down does not resolve the issue

CAUSE
Failed sample cone and isolation valve O-rings
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the sample cone O-ring (700004321) and the isolation valve O-ring (700000902).
