CAUSE
Aperture disc is not seated correctly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace or reseat the aperture disc (700012106 - Aperture Disc 0.2 mm).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The product code marked on the package is 400005517. To order new aperture discs, use part number 700012106.
The aperture disc warning appears if "one minute after the turbo speed reaches ≥ 80%, the backing pressure readback is between 2.21 and 3.7 mbar, which is equivalent to no aperture disc on the aperture carrier".
