ANSWER

There is no problem if the bubbles move toward the waste liquid during the prime seal wash and the waste comes out normally.
Since the seal wash line is independent of the mobile phase line, it is not necessary to remove all air bubbles completely.
If you feel uncomfortable with this, they might be removed by connecting the syringe to the waste side during priming and drawing.
