ANSWER
During prime seal wash, the fluid should be flowing.
When the prime seal wash is stopped, the fluid after the right pump → left pump drops into the waste.
If it flows during prime seal wash, it will also flow during pumping, so there is no problem.
There maybe a small air leak at the tube connection which makes the fluid drops into the waste when stopped due to the siphon principle.
It is okay to use it without change, but if concerned, reconnect the tube.
