CAUSE
ICS was corrupted following Analyst update.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Uninstall ICS.
- Reboot the acquisition PC.
- Reinstall ICS.
- Verify that proper communication is restored.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sciex recommends that any AAO driver, which includes Waters ICS, is installed after all Analyst software. This includes initial installation and any subsequent Analyst software updates.
