In the Digital Delivery Portal, if you are registered on the Waters.com website as a Software Manager, there is a Download Software Entitlements link in your profile. You will only see this if you are logged in with the correctly linked registered email address and company account number that the license was purchased under. Click the Search magnifying glass at the top right, under Product family, select Instrument Acquisition Control: Driver Pack ...., click the blue Search button, scroll down and for example, click on the blue part number 667006967 for Driver Pack 2023 R1, then click the arrow just to the left of the blue Version number 1.79B (do not click the blue Documents button which only takes you to documentation and not the software), then click the 667006966DD - S/W, Driver Pack (1.61 GB) to download the driver pack installation media. You do not need the MD5 file to install the software.
