Lost communications with sample manager - WKB92606

SYMPTOMS

• Sample manager shows a communication error when reset

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY I-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC

CAUSE

Following the power-down of all modules, the sample manager lost its connection with the sample organizer.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reconfigure the Sample Organizer as detailed in WKB27678.
2. The error will disappear from the sample manager following a reset of the module, after the connection has been established.
