ANSWER
When connecting the WFC III for operation with Empower you must attach the following cables:
- Power cord
- Contact closure cable for a start signal
- Analog cable for the analog signal in
- RS-232 cable (PC COM Port 1 or 2)
- Note: Baud rate settings are automatically applied by the ICS software.

Contact closure/remote start cable is WAT062031 (CHART MARKER CABLE ASSY).
