ACQUITY Sample Manager, sample compartment will not hold the set temperature - WKB8965

SYMPTOMS
- Set sample compartment temperature = 10 °C
- Readback temperature fluctuating between 10.3 and 11 °C.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager (Classic)
CAUSE
Heater/Cooler engine requires defrosting.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Open ACQUITY MS Console.
- Select the Sample Manager.
- Go to Maintain > Defrost.
- Follow instructions - WKB2920
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Defrost cycle takes one hour.
