Com Fatal error when trying to connect with an Agilent 7890 GC to Empower - WKB83563

SYMPTOMS
- Accessing the LAC/E node property gives the Com Fatal error when the Agilent 7890 GC is connected and turned on
- When the Agilent 7890 GC is turned off, able to access the LAC/E node property
- Rebooting the LAC/E with the Agilent 7890 GC on gives the Com Fatal error when accessing the LAC/E node property
- Reinstalling the Agilent ICS 2.5 driver with the Agilent 7890 GC gives the Com Fatal error when accessing the LAC/E node property
- The Agilent 7890 GC communicates as expected with Chemstation

CAUSE
Memory read error found in the Agilent 7890 GC log.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reset the Agilent 7890 GC. This fixes the Memory read error and allows communication with the Empower LAC/E.
