Error 40: Subscribe to data occurred when running GC 7890 - WKB8235

SYMPTOMS

• Error 40: "Subscribe to data: the start time specified is beyond the limit of the data buffer" 
• Instrument failure in the Message Center 
• Able to run on the 7890GC, but cannot view their data in review, no results are found

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• Client server environment with Citrix
• Two GC 7890s with Combipal Autosamplers

CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Restart LAC/E, 7890 GCs, and combipal autosamplers.
