Error message "seals not adjusted" during compression check with 2695 module - WKB80595

SYMPTOMS

• During compression check, the error message "seals not adjusted" appears, followed by "Compression check failed"

ENVIRONMENT

• 2695 Separations Module
• Alliance HPLC System

CAUSE

System not purged correctly

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reboot the instrument.
2. Run several (30) injector purges without compression check.
3. Use a 100% organic mobile phase.
4. Run another injector purge with compression check.
