SYMPTOMS
- In Empower Run Samples, immediately after a run is started, error "Sample temperature range error 0.0" appears
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class FTN
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The method does not have the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class FTN listed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In Empower, create a new instrument method including the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class FTN. Specify a temperature in the General tab of the FTN (see screen shot below).
- Save the method.
- Run samples.
