ANSWER

The maximum allowed injection is as follows: 

• If no extension loop is installed, the extension loop size is 0, so the maximum volume is the needle size minus 5 uL.
• If an extension loop is installed, then the maximum volume is 100% of the installed extension loop.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Make sure that in addition to the correct sample loop also the correct sample syringe is installed. The sample syringe size must always be twice the size of the sample loop. (eg. for a 50 µL sample loop a 100 µL syringe can be used. For a 250 µL sample loop a 500 µL syringe must be installed)
