Random pressure drops with Alliance 2695 - WKB78171

SYMPTOMS

• Random pressure drops
• Leak test passes

ENVIRONMENT

• 2695 Separations Module

CAUSE

Broken fitting on the tubing that runs from the manifold to the transducer

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the tubing and the manifold.
   • Manifold part number - WAT270963
   • Tubing part numbers
     • Accumulator-to-transducer - WAT270970
     • Primary-to-transducer - WAT270971
2. Run the static leak test.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The primary-to-transducer part will come up as "Accumulator to Bottom transducer", but this is the correct part number.
