SYMPTOMS
- The connection to the circuit board is different for the new valve; it does not plug into the board
- 2695 Alliance High Pressure Motorised Valve Electrical Connector Does Not Fit Onto the Fluidics PCB
ENVIRONMENT
- 717 Plus Autosampler
- 2695 Separations Module
- Alliance HPLC System
CAUSE
There is a cover on the old connection that must be removed. The new connection then slides into the cover/housing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove the connection housing from the old valve and slide the new connection into the housing.
- Plug the housing with the new connection into the board.
