CAUSE
Primary check valve is sticking.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the primary check valve (700004139 - ASSY, CARTRIDGE, I2V, HEXANE/THF 2 PK).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Faulty accumulator check valves can also cause this problem.
