Batch immediately goes to "Queue is paused" when sample run is started in MassLynx for an Autopurification system - WKB75154

SYMPTOMS

• Queue status immediately goes to "Queue is paused" when run is started
• Reset System does not resolve
• Found: MS in Standby
• Found: LC flow not on
• Found: Fraction collector, Collection control, System Error
• Found: Cannot activate the fraction collector
• Found: Reset Comm from Collection control and Inlet method does not resolve
• Found: Reset Injector from Inlet method does not resolve
• Found: No bed layout displayed in Collection Control

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Autopurification System
• 2767 Sample Manager
• 3767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Communication issue between 2767 or 3767 and MassLynx PC

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx and Collection Control.
2. Reboot 2767 hardware.
3. Open MassLynx and Collection Control.
4. Activate fraction collector.
5. Reset beds from Collection Control.
