TCM does not heat up, stays at room temperature - WKB75143

SYMPTOMS

• TCM does not heat up, stays at room temperature
• Issue started after power outage and reboot of computer and TCM
• Fuses are working and TCM beeps when turning on
• The instrument method being used had the TCM zone selected with a set point of 35 °C

ENVIRONMENT

• TCM (Temperature Control Module)
• Breeze 2
• Breeze System

CAUSE

The instrument method used was not set up in Breeze.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Set up the instrument method in Breeze to confirm that the temperature is set to the appropriate level.
