Leaks visible on the drip tray, and a "leak detected" message for ACQUITY UPLC component - WKB71301

SYMPTOMS

• Visible leaks on the drip tray under the leak sensor
• "Leak detected" message in the console

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC
• ACCQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
• ACQUITY ARC
• ACQUITY UPLC M-Class
• ACQUITY Premier

CAUSE

Detected leak.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove and dry the sensor.
2. Dry the sensor reservoir.
3. Reinstall the sensor.
4. Reset the detector from the ACQUITY Console.
5. Check for any loose fittings. 
6. Repeat the run.
