- Tray lost synchronization error after reset.

CAUSE
Restrictions on sample manager compartment.
Wash tubing preventing rotary tray movement.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Route wash tubing along the foam.
- Reset sample manager.
- Perform rotary tray calibration.
