"Missing vial" error upon replicate injection with a 2695 SM - WKB66803

SYMPTOMS

• "Missing vial" error received on replicate injections only.

ENVIRONMENT

• 2695 Separations Module

CAUSE

The label on the vial is causing the vial to get caught in the carousel after the first injection. The vial then does not correctly sit on the bottom for subsequent injections, causing a missing vial error.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove the labels from the vials.
2. Write the information directly on the vials.
