SYMPTOMS
- Sample Pressure Low error when trying to inject
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager
CAUSE
The metering syringe valve is not closing correctly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace metering syringe valve (700011790).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sample Manager was failing the needle seal leak test, as well as the wash syringe leak test. The Injection Valve and the Metering Syringe Valve are common points between these two tests.
