SYMPTOMS

• Solvent leaks from base of seal pack assembly
• Solvent could be mobile phase or needle wash

ENVIRONMENT

Alliance HPLC System

2695 Separations Module

CAUSE

Leak is caused by the seal pack assembly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Rebuild the seal pack.

• Seal Pack Rebuild Kit w/Needle (# WAT271019)
• Performance PLUS Seal Pack Rebuild Kit (# 700011783)

2.   Perform the adjust seal diagnostic.

3.   Perform a compression check.
