SYMPTOMS
- No peaks detected during injection
- Syringe leak test fails
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC SM-FTN
- ACQUITY UPLC SM-FL
CAUSE
The sample syringe is not drawing properly because it was not primed well enough.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Open the ACQUITY Console and select the FTN.
- Go to Control > Prime.
- Select at least 15 cycles for the sample syringe.
