- Error "Column temp HW fault (7)" on the Alliance 2695 front panel when running as standalone with column heater
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC system
- 2695 Separations Module
- 2695D Dissolution Separations Module
- 2795 Separations Module
- Alliance Series column heater
- Alliance Series column heater/cooler
CAUSE
Cable is not seated.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Power-off the 2695 and the column heater.
- Reseat the cable between the 2695 and the column heater.
- Power-on the 2695 and the column heater.
