Article number: 4938

ENVIRONMENT

  • 515 HPLC Pump
  • 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump
  • 1525 Binary HPLC Pump
  • 1525 Micro Binary HPLC Pump

ANSWER

Manually prime using a priming syringe: Insert the priming syringe into the Luer fitting at the center of the draw-off valve handle. Turn the handle counterclockwise, about 1/2-turn, to open the valve, and pull back on the plunger to remove air bubbles. Once the air is removed, close the valve and start flow.

Flush the system with 100% methanol for a minimum of 30 minutes. Note: If methanol is not miscible with your mobile phase, use an intermediate mobile phase.
