CAUSE
Incorrect plate/vial configuration
Vial out of position
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In Run Samples, select the plate icon at the top (looks like a square with dots in it, like a plate)
- Ensure that the plate/vial dimensions are correctly defined or selected.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you encounter this error when switching from a 48 to a 96 well plate, check the physical dimensions of the plate to match the properties of the plate configured in the software. You may also see x and y axis errors as well.
