How do I confirm the firmware version for a 2414 Refractive Index detector?
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
- 2414 RI detector
PROCEDURE
- Login to Empower > Configure the system > Node > Node Properties > Instruments tab > scroll to the right and look under Prom Version (for example, you will see 2.04 if that version is loaded).
- You can confirm the version number on the 2414 front panel by pressing Shift and the System Info key.
- If using IEEE and emulating a 410 you must obtain the firmware by means of step 2 above as the firmware does note display the complete version in the node properties.
