Agilent GC 7890B ALS Error 302 - WKB3563

SYMPTOMS

• ALS Error 302 appears in Empower Message Center when trying to make an injection
• Injection does not occur

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR3 Workstation
• 7890 ICS v2.5
• 7693 Injector tower

CAUSE

Vial holder is not correctly seated resulting in no movement of  the robotic arm. There are plate sensors on the 7693 that must be aligned correctly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Properly reseat vial holder and snap into place.
