- Dirty flow cell
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Clean the flow cell (refer to Controlling Contamination in LC/MS Systems - Best Practices) or see How to clean the LC flow path? - WKB85249
- If cleaning does not improve the issue, replace the flow cell.
- Prime the sample manager thoroughly and run leak tests.
