BSM "Not Connected" - WKB31602

SYMPTOMS

  • In the console for the BSM, in the square called "Conditions", the pressure is fixed at 15000 psi; A1 says 10000%; Vent valve: Vent and degasser 0.00 psi; BSM Total volume pumped 0.000 L

  • No readbacks in the Additional status square in the Inlet window; sometimes it says "Not Connected" in this square

  • Not possible to enter a max. pressure value higher than 15000 in the inlet method

ENVIRONMENT

  • ACQUITY UPLC I-Class BSM
  • ACQUITY Driver 2018, SR1 (ICOP 1.71)

CAUSE

Corrupt ACQUITY driver

FIX or WORKAROUND

Uninstall the driver for the ACQUITY BSM, and then reinstall the same version.
