Agilent 6890 GC with Agilent G1888 Headspace doesn't make second injection using Empower - WKB2996

SYMPTOMS
- No communication with Empower
- LAN PCB is not enabled (only 1 green LED, no orange LED)
- Instrument previously worked correctly
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
- Agilent 6890 GC
- Agilent G1888 Headspace
CAUSE
RS232 is enabled
FIX or WORKAROUND

On the G1888 Headspace front panel, go to Menu > Advanced > Enable RS232, and select No.

Reboot the GC, the headspace, and then the LAC/E.
