OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Enable or disable vial missing errors.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
• Sample Manager - FTN
• MassLynx
• waters_connect

PROCEDURE

1. In MassLynx: Select Console > FTN > Configure > Preferences. When vial is missing - select "Injection will continue after warning" or "Injection will fail on error"
2. In waters_connect: System Console > Sample Manager FTN > Setup > Preferences. When vial is missing - select "Continue after warning" or "Fail on error"
