- ACQUITY Arc QSM-R shows high system pressure and shuts down (flow stops) when running on fluidics path 1
- System pressure is normal when running on path 2
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY Arc Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM-R)
CAUSE
Blocked mixer path 1. Older mixer/pathway has 0.5-µm frits, which leads to high system pressure, blockages, and system shutdown.
