"Sample Manager FTN: Column temperature range error" with UNIFI waters_connect - WKB230014

SYMPTOMS

• FTN with CM-A (no Column Heater)
• "Sample Manager FTN: Column temperature range error" appears after running system startup
• Error also produced during a run (3/4 into the run)

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect
• UNIFI Network
• ACQUITY Premier, ACQUITY I-Class

CAUSE

"Column Temperature" (for a CHA) was selected in the startup settings under "Sample Manager FTN", but system was configured to use CM-A. (See attached image.)

FIX or WORKAROUND

Clear the "Column Temperature" selection from system startup/Startup/Shutdown methods.
